Andrews Legal Enquiry

Andrews Legal are a specialist team of criminal lawyers under the leadership of Directors Trent Andrews and Mark Andrews. We are passionate about protecting and safeguarding the rights and liberties of responsible firearm owners.

In recent years, Police have grown increasingly tenacious in investigating and prosecuting firearms offences and in revoking firearms licencing on ‘fit and proper person’ grounds. At the same time, both the State and Federal Governments are taking steps to introduce legislation to impose additional restrictions and regulations on firearms ownership. These new measures are being taken with a striking lack of scrutiny from either parliament or the media and appear to be part of a sweeping trend across Australia. Therefore, we believe it is imperative firstly that the rights of responsible firearms owners and enthusiasts be defended vigorously and secondly, that firearms owners are well informed about laws impacting on their rights and ensure that their views form part of a balanced public debate.
