About Daniel

Daniel Walsh has practised exclusively as a criminal defence lawyer since his admission to the legal practice in 2015. Daniel is the managing lawyer of both the Dandenong and Ringwood Offices of Dribbin and Brown Criminal Lawyers, but regularly appears at other Court locations across the state.

In recognition of his enhanced skills and substantial involvement in criminal law, Daniel received a specialist accreditation from the Law Institute of Victoria in 2020.

Daniel has extensive experience in dealing with licencing and regulations division of Victoria Police in relation to firearms licences as well as experience with the Firearms Appeals Committee. He has also represented people charged with criminal offences or facing intervention orders that can impact firearms licences. He is committed to ensuring that the rights of law-abiding shooters in Victoria are upheld.
