Opinion Editorial: Self defence vs Firearm legislation

This video is in response to a recent article that featured in the Border News regarding a home owner’s response to an attempted home invasion at Bungowannah at 3.30am by an 18 year yearold man armed with a knife and a piece of wood. The full article is available here.


The purpose of this video is to discuss self-defense provisions within the current firearm legislation and highlight grey areas which need to be fixed.
